Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions of trade stated below apply to all sales and by placing an order the customer is deemed to have accepted these conditions and is over 18.

All our prices are quoted ex VAT in British Pounds, and that is the transaction currency we use.

Tangy Gifts imposes a minimum initial order value of £200 exclusive of postage and VAT.

Method of Payment:

  • Proforma Invoice
  • Debit or Credit Card
  • BACS payment.

ALL FUNDS MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE DISPATCH

No Sales outside the UK on the following products: Lighters, Lighter Gas, Tobacco products and CBD products.

Export Customer:

  • EU Countries – A VAT number/EORI is required otherwise UK VAT will apply.
  • Non EU Countries – no VAT will apply.
  • Export orders will be sent on a paid with order basis.
  • Please check all local laws when importing goods to make sure all goods are compliant. Tangygifts takes no responsibility if goods are confiscated by customs.

PLACING AN ORDER

1. ON LINE – UK BASED CUSTOMERS ONLY (OVERSEAS BUYERS CAN PAY ONLY THROUGH DIRECT BANK TRANSFER)
Before you order, you will need to log onto the site and register. Once you have registered, a password and username will be generated and sent to you. This will give you access to the site, where you can use the on-line ordering system. Once the order is placed we will call you for payment details.

2. EMAIL
Overseas buyers, please email your order – payment method to be made in advance.

3. TELEPHONE

We accept orders between Mon – Thursday 10am to 6.00pm and Friday 10am till 4pm. Please be aware that for next day delivery, it is advised to place your order before 2.00pm. At other times you can leave your name, number and a time to reach you, and we will return your call.

4. MAIL
After completing and submitting the online application, please send us the printed (or hand copied) order form generated online, with payment made out to Tangygifts.

5. POSTAGE AND PACKING
£7.95 per box ( inland UK only) up to 20kgs ( 89p per kilo thereafter). Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
£7 for seeds orders
£25 for Saturday delivery (inland UK only) £25 per box up to 10kg ( £2.00 per kilo thereafter) for Highland & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Mann per box for a 2 day service (does not include Saturday delivery).

All delivery charges are Ex VAT.

Please do not sign for parcels which are damaged or appear to be tampered with, please phone us.

If you receive any faulty or damaged goods please contact us within 5 days and we will deal with it on an individual basis.

6. CANCELLATION
Cancellation of order made by customer without prior agreement will be subject to a 10% invoice value re stocking fee.

All goods are offered subject to availability. Specifications and prices maybe subject to change without notice. All goods remain the property of Tangy Gifts until paid for in full.
All sizes shown on products are approximate.
